Duke kicks a field goal with it and the Duke Nukem Forever logo appears. Once Duke weakens the Cycloid Emperor, he climbs up his back and tears out his air supply cable, making him go berserk and drop dead, with his eye falling out. The EDF soldiers drop ammo supplies, marked by flares. Once he arrives up, he yells "It's down to you and me, you one-eyed freak!". Heading to the elevator, he grabs the Devastator and prepares to battle the Cycloid Emperor. The Cycloid digs into the ground and sends an electrical pulse, causing a powerful impact, blowing Duke back away and blocking the path. After Duke gives his "creative" input into it, he kicks open the door and sees EDF soldiers storming in to kill the Cycloid Emperor.

After messing around in the stadium's bathroom, he walks to the locker room to see EDF troops trying to think of a plan on a whiteboard (dubbed "Operation: Cock Block").

Some of the references might not hold up, but in its own way, that only adds to the charm. The level begins with Duke urinating on a urinal in a stadium building. It's packed to brim with numerous references to past 3D Realm games and games popular at the time of release. If easter eggs and references are your thrills, then Duke Nukem Forever is your game. To it credit, Duke Nukem Forever does not take itself too seriously - though it doesn't make Duke seem like he's trying any less hard to be cool. If players take a closer look at the green power armor, it is evident this is a jab at Halo, as the armor is modeled after Master Chief's Mjolnir armor. In classic Duke Nukem, fashion Duke says, "Power armor is for pussies" and refuses, instead taking a gun.

The soldier informs him that they have his green power armor ready to go.

In the clip above - captured by the late TotalBiscuit - Duke finds a soldier by a van. Early on in Duke Nukem Forever, players leave Duke's luxury penthouse and meet up with soldiers that are trying to prep Duke on the alien invasion threatening humanity.
